txtr‘ GmbH is a Berlin based eReading start-up providing eBook stores and reading apps for Android, iOS and Windows phones.
My role: Lead UX / UI Designer
With this project, I was asked to design
txtr‘s white label shop from scratch,
developing the entire Information
Architecture, User Experience, Interaction
and, last but least, a visual design that
can be rebranded for the merchant and
partner needs as well as being used for
their own shop at txtr.com.
While most of my project time was well
invested in the IA and UX, I added a little
bonus for the finalization: a visual
design concept that could be tweaked
into a completely different look & feel
with minimum effort only using CSS for
colour change and images, but preserving
all functionalities of the white label shop.
Within minutes, a shop could be rebranded
looking completely ‘owned’ by removing
the generic whitelabel touch.
Working with inhouse developers,
presenting to the company‘s founders.
